Neagley is the first spinoff of Reacher: Frances Neagley, the former 110th Special Investigations Unit member now working as a Chicago private investigator, investigates a friend’s suspicious death. Maria Sten leads the series, created by Nick Santora and Nicholas Wootton; Alan Ritchson guest-stars as Jack Reacher. All eight episodes arrived on Prime Video on September 16, 2026, immediately after the Reacher Season 4 finale.
Amazon reported the series reached 40 million viewers worldwide in its first 13 days — the service’s fourth most-watched original series debut ever, with more than half the audience outside the United States. Nielsen measured it at 661 million minutes in the week of September 28–October 4, No. 4 among streaming originals.
Amazon renewed the series for a second season about two weeks after launch. Trade reporting says Season 2 has already been filmed in Toronto; Amazon has not confirmed the production report or announced a date.
The parent show is charting too: Reacher itself was No. 7 among originals that same Nielsen week with 513 million minutes across its 32 episodes, and it stands renewed through Season 6, with Season 5 in production.
