These terms govern the use of daviesdaily.com, published by DMC LLC — Davies Media Conglomerate. By reading the site, joining, or commenting, a reader accepts them.
The Content
Davies Daily stories are published for readers’ personal use. Facts are reported as the Daily’s sources published them at the time of writing; events move, prices move, and odds move, and later stories supersede earlier ones. The Daily corrects errors it finds or that are reported to it. Stories may be quoted with credit to Davies Daily and a link back; wholesale republication requires permission.
Images
Photographs are published under the licenses named in their credits, or are the Daily’s own. A credit on an image is part of the story and may not be removed in any reuse.
Comments
Comments are open to members. A comment is the commenter’s own statement, not the Daily’s. Comments that are unlawful, threatening, or spam may be removed, and memberships misused for them may be closed. The Daily does not pre-approve comments.
Membership
Membership is free and requires a valid email address. Members are responsible for their own account credentials. The Daily may change membership features with notice on the site. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Wagers Boards
The Davies Daily Wagers pages print odds posted by third-party sportsbooks, with the date the lines were read, for information only. The Daily is not a sportsbook, takes no wagers, and holds no reader funds. Odds change; the book’s own posted price governs.
Liability
The site is provided as published. To the extent the law allows, DMC LLC is not liable for losses arising from reliance on any single story, figure, or posted odd.
